Upon successfully online payment for your order, you will immediately see a thank you page, onscreen.  We will normally confirm receipt of your payment by email, within an hour of payment, unless otherwise its a Sunday or a Holiday.   If the payment is made on a Sunday or on a holiday, you will receive the Payment Confirmation email on the next working day.  However this may not exceed 48 Hrs unless there is a series of holidays

We will also email you when the Hotel Vouchers, Tour Itinerary & Payment Receipt has been coureired and provide you with your order tracking information where possible

Delivery Methods - We normally use contracted courier Cos. viz. OverNite Express & Professional Couriers for the safe delivery of the Vouchers & Receipt.  We will try to deliver the documents within 01 week of payment, but delay in delivery is some times out of our control. Any dates we give you for delivery are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay in delivering the goods to you unless caused by our negligence
