May – August (Lean Season)
Cancellation has to be done at least 03 days before the check-in date – 95 % of the   advance amount will be refunded
September – November (High Season)
Cancellation has to be done at least 14 days before the check-in date – 95 % of the advance amount will be refunded
December – January (Peak Season)
Cancellation has to be done at least ONE MONTH before the Check-in date – 75 % of the Advance amount will be refunded.  There will be NO Refunds for cancellation of reservation for 25 December and 31 December. Cancellations during peak season is NOT entertained
February - April (High Season)
Cancellation has to be done at least 14 days before the check-in date – 95 % of the advance amount will be refunded
Cancellation for Deluxe / Family packages has to be done at least ONE MONTH in advance. 90% of the package amount will be refunded

A Visa is a must to enter India for Foreign nationals. You can contact the Indian Embassy / High Commission in your country for the same. It is best to carry your passport with you all the time. You may also carry a travel insurance

Cabins are NOT available in the Tourist Ships ( m.v. Amindivi & m.v. Minicoy) to Agatti island.  Cabins are available in m.v. Tipu Sulthan and m.v. Bharatseema which operates only once in a while

There is NO helicopter service to Lakshadweep islands, from Kerala, till date.  However, Medical emergency services are available from Lakshadweep islands to Kerala and back

The Dutch Palace in Cochin (Kochi) are closed on Fridays & the Jewish Synagogue (Cochin)  is closed on  all Saturdays
