25% of the total package cost has to be deposited as advance payment, on confirmation of the package, and the balance payment, while in Kerala.
Advance payment can be made by Wire transfer / Cheque / Demand Draft / Credit or Debit Card Online. The balance payment made by Cash / Demand Draft / Credit or Debit card
Please be informed that for all online transactions exceeding Rs. 20,000 ( USD 500 / GBP 270 / EUR 400), the guest will have to submit ANY OF THE following documents once the payment is made:
a. The customer's credit card statement, which clearly shows the card number and the billing address of the card. The statement should be a recent one and should be of the same credit card used for the transaction. We ONLY REQUIRE a scan / fax of the HEADER SECTION OF YOUR credit card statement, which contains this information
b. A photo ID of the credit card holder whose credit card has been used for this transaction. This may be ANY one of the following: 1. Driver's License or 2. Social Security Card or 3. Passport or National Identity Card or 4. PAN Card / Voters Card
